1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LobsmartQR.me, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

LobsmartQR provides QR code generation, management, and analytics tools. Free and paid plans are available with varying feature limits as described on our pricing page.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use LobsmartQR to:

• Distribute malware or phishing links via QR codes
• Create QR codes linking to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Abuse the platform to circumvent rate limits or plan restrictions
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay. Prices are in INR. You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content in your QR codes. LobsmartQR retains ownership of the platform, brand, and all proprietary technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

LobsmartQR's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified via email.
