By accessing or using LobsmartQR.me you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

LobsmartQR provides QR code generation, management, and analytics tools. Free and paid plans are available with varying feature limits as described on our pricing page.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

Acceptable Use

You may not use LobsmartQR to:

• Distribute malware, phishing links, or malicious content via QR codes
• Create QR codes linking to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Circumvent rate limits or plan restrictions
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service

Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay. All prices are in INR. You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content and URLs embedded in your QR codes. LobsmartQR retains ownership of the platform, brand, codebase, and all proprietary technology.

Limitation of Liability

LobsmartQR's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email notification.
