• We do NOT store raw IP addresses

• To provide and maintain the LobsmartQR service
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To generate scan analytics for your QR codes
• To send important service updates and notifications

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted partners: Razorpay (payment processing), our hosting provider (Vercel), and our database provider — each operating under strict data processing agreements.

Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Scan analytics are retained per your plan's analytics retention period (7 days for Free, 90 days for Pro, 1 year for Business). You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioural analytics cookies.
