Getting Started
How do I create a QR code?
Sign up for free, go to your Dashboard, and click 'Create QR Code'. Choose from 24+ types (URL, vCard, WhatsApp, Wi-Fi, etc.), enter your content, customize the design, and download.
What's the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?
Static QR codes encode data directly — once printed, they can't be changed. Dynamic QR codes redirect through our servers, so you can change the destination URL anytime without reprinting.
How many QR codes can I create for free?
The Free plan includes unlimited static QR codes and 3 dynamic QR codes with a 90-day expiry. Upgrade to Pro or Business for unlimited dynamic codes.
Analytics & Tracking
What analytics are available for my QR codes?
Dynamic QR codes track total scans, unique scans, device type (mobile/desktop), operating system, browser, approximate location (city/country), and scan time — all in real time.
How long is analytics data retained?
Free plan: 7 days. Pro plan: 1 year. Business plan: unlimited retention. You can export analytics data as CSV from your dashboard.
Customization & Branding
Can I add my logo to a QR code?
Yes! Pro and Business plans support logo embedding. Upload your logo in the QR editor and it will be centered in the QR code while maintaining scannability.
What design options are available?
Choose from 7 body patterns (square, rounded, dots, classy, star, diamond), 8 corner styles, gradient colors, foreground/background colors, and custom frames with call-to-action text.
Billing & Plans
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. All payments are processed securely in INR.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. See our refund policy for yearly plan details.
What are the plan prices?
Free: ₹0/mo (3 dynamic QR codes). Pro: ₹499/mo (unlimited dynamic QR codes, 1-year analytics). Business: ₹1,999/mo (everything in Pro + team collaboration, API access, priority support).
Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot password' on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use HTTPS everywhere, hash passwords with bcrypt, and never store raw IP addresses from scan analytics. Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant).
